HOW TO ORDER

Please fill in the order form and send it with your payment (cheques made out to "Colin Jones" in Sterling only). I now have a PAYPAL account so it is possible to pay by credit card, though there is a surcharge for this service to cover the Paypal fees. Please contact me for details. Allow up to 28 days for delivery. Please also note that since we lost our trade distribution, stores will tell you that our releases are 'out of print' or 'deleted'. This is not true - it just means that we do not have a distributor. Stores compile their availability lists from those provided by the distribution companies, so our releases are not included. The order form above tells the current story with regard to stock levels, and regretfully, some titles are now sold out. The message is: buy now while stocks last!

Please note: due to losses in the post (and the increase in postal charges), the price has been increased in the UK. All CDs will be sent by recorded delivery, especially necessary as some titles are reaching very low stock levels. International deliveries have to be at buyers risk.

Having looked into the cost involved in setting up a download service, I've decided not to proceed with this idea. Any download service out there prepared to work on a percentage of sale as opposed to a flat monthly fee please get in touch.

For export orders, please contact Rhiannon for full price details BEFORE ordering. Cheque orders will be held for a minimum of 5 working days for clearance. For copyright reasons no refunds or exchanges other than for faulty goods, which should be returned to Rhiannon for replacement free of charge. We will endeavour to turn round all orders as fast as possible and notify you of out of stock situations, but please allow 28 days for delivery.

All payments, including PAYPAL, will be processed in sterling, and cheques should be in sterling and drawn on a U.K. bank. No Eurocheques or money orders, please.
